In 2017, I turned 54 years old. I was exhausted, burned out, anxious, depressed and lonely. I resigned my Assistant Professorship in Seattle, packed up my stuff, drove back to Chicago, moved in with my mom & hibernated for 5 months.
My annual physical woke me up: I was in bad shape, and I felt like crap. So I put on my big girl pants, and became my own wellness coach. I drew on everything I knew, from fitness to food to self-compassion, looked into the depths of my soul, and began to heal myself. In the process I learned how to be WHOLE.

It's been quite a journey, BUT it's not over yet. I need YOUR help.
I am called to share the Joy of wellness with women who want to learn, grow and empower themselves to create the lives they were always meant to live.
